                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO BETTS
                 ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF
                 SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE
                 AND 92/100 DOLLARS ($72,125.92) FOR A FINAL
                 RECONCILIATION OF FEES RELATIVE TO THE DESIGN
                 AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF SEWER
                 CONTRACT NOS. 72, 69B, 72A AND 69B-1, HIXSON
                 COLLECTION SYSTEM IV.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       payment to Betts Engineering Associates, Inc. in the amount of
       $72,125.92 for a final reconciliation of fees relative to the
       design and construction management services of Sewer Contract 
Nos.
       72, 69B, 72A and 69B-1, Hixson Collection System IV.
